BRITISH NAVAL GUNS.
IMMEASURABLY SUPERIOR. CONSTANTINOPLE, May 2. The Artillery Commission, which visited England, France, and Germany, has reported unanimously that the naval guns built on the Armstrong-Vickers system are immeasurably superior to the Continental.
