THE PEACE AGREEMENT.
RIGHTS OF THE DOMINIONS. LONDON, May 2. The "Daily Telegraph" states that the Anglo-American peace agreement will probably be signed in a fortnight, and that it includes an arrangement whereby a special agreement may be made in each case in which disputed matters are clearly defined.
Britain reserves the right before concluding a special agreement affecting the vital interests of a self-governing Dominion to obtain the concurrence of that Dominion's Government.
