FORCING THE GERMAN ROUTE. LONDON, March 4. The Berlin correspondent of the "Times' , reriorts that the obstacle recently raised to repatriating Russians via HolJar.d are due to the joint operation of the German Government and the highly-unified German shipping interest with a view to exercising pressure on the shipping companies outside the shipping pool. Jlueh excitement and irritation has been caused in Holland over the matter.
