GAMBLING IN HOLLAND.
FOREIGN BOOKIES EXPELLED. THE HAGUE, March 4. The Second Chamber of the Netherlands Legislature, subject to the approval of the First Chamber, has abolished totalisatoT3 at races, and prohibited foreign bookmakers from transacting business in Holland. Bookmakers dealing with clients whose orders are brought by post are to ba expelled.
