In an article published in "La Eevie.' , Baron Est-ourneljea CcnsUint makes a fervent appeal for Franco-German reconciliation as the rm!v means of securing a continuance cf European peace. A majority of the newspapers bitterly assail the composition of the Cabinet. Jlany papers e"ndenm M> Dclcasse as a disturbing element. The ""Temps"' says it foresees a period of storm throughout the country.
