ROYAL RAOMANCE.
VICTOR NAPOLEON WEDS PRINCESS CI^SMENTINE. (Received 8.20 ajn.) ROME, November 15. Queen Margherita of Italy, the Princess Clotilde, the Countess of Flanders, Dukes of Aosta, Abruzzi, and Genoa, and many royalties and other notabilities were present at the marriage of Princess Clementine, youngest daughter of the late King Leopold of Belgium, and Prince Victor Napoleon, which took place at the Castle of Montcalieri, near Turin. A snowstorm spoilt the civic decorations. The presents were valued at £80,000 sterling, including gifts from the Pope and most of the Kings of Europe.
