OLD AGE PENSIONS.
I A. GBBMAM; SCHEME. BERLIN, October 9. The Minister of Finance is considering a scheme under which it is proposed to raise £1,500,000 for old age pensions. One source of revenue will be made available by increasing registration- fees and also the succession dues where there is not more than one heir.
