ELLERSLIE TOWN BOARD.

The ordinary meeting of the Ellerslie Town P.oard, held Last evening, was attended by (Messrs G. Wilkinson irhairnianj, Somerneld, Hill and l"eck. On the motion of Mr Hill, seconded by Mr Somertiold, the .Board passed a resolution expressing disapproval of the proposal, and the chairman 'was appointed to act as the Board's ileleistate at any conference that may be called Ito consider this question.
