The "Morning Post" states that the proposal of Mr Joseph Haveloek Wilson, genj J eral secretary of the Kational Seamen's 2 Union, to declare an international strike, £ : was defeated for the present. j The "Daily News" says the report is untrue ; and shipowners of the various ports declare themselves undisturbed because the men are divided, and Wilson's party is without funds.
