RICHMOND SMASH INQUIRY.
A SIGNALMAN'S ERROR. NO CR_____AL __3_LECT. (Received 9.20 a.m.) MELBOURNE, this day. At the Richmond disaster the coroner's verdict was returned that Signalman McDonald, of South Yarra, erred in holding up the Brighton train at the advanced starter, but there was no instance of wicked neglect and no evidence of criminal neglect against anybody.
