TABLES TURNED.
TRAIN BANDITS CAPTURED. A REARGUARD ACTION. (Received 1 p.m.) NEW YORK, August 26. Eight highwaymen flagged and stopped an lowa Centra! train outside North-p-ood. Two covered the driver and firemen, •while the rest began robbing the passengers. The train staff, however, secured revolvers from the rear coach and, presenting them at the bandits, turned the tables on them. Five of the gang surrendered, the other three escaping.
