CANADA'S CROPS.
OUTLOOK MORE HOPEFUL. (Received 8.5 a.m.) OTTAWA, July 20. The crops in the north-west provinces are had in some places and fairly good jin others- Those of Ontario, Quebec, and the maritime provinces are above the average, and the general outlook is hopepa. Canada's imports for the first quarter of the fiscal year totalled £21,876,000, sterling, and her exports f 12,359,900.
