JAPAN'S COMMERCE.
HER TREATIES EXPIRE. TOKIO, July 18. Notices of the termination of all Japan's commercial treaties, which remain in force until 1911, nave been sent to all European countries concerned, including Great Britain. It is expected that Germany in her negotiations for a new treaty will make considerable concessions to Japan. German imports thence are rising, and her exports thither are falling, but the exports greatly exceed the imports.
