EAIF-MTLUOII FOB. UNIVERSITY. (Received 9.30 a.m.) CAPETOWN, July 18. Mr. Botha has decided to reside at Groote Schuur, Mr. Cecil Rhodes' residence, which he left in his will as the official residence of the Premier of United South Africa when the Union was accomplished. The Union Government will devote half-a-million to the establishment and staffing of a University of Groote Schuur.
