A VENTURESOME VOYAGE.

YACHT'S ROUND THE "WORLD TRIP. SYDNEY, July 17. The yacht Pandora, which is engaged in a round the world cruise, from Bunbury, has arrived. She will proceed to the Pitcairn and Easter Islands, and thence to Auckland. Subsequently the yacht will leave for New York. The Pandora will make a stay of 10 days in Port Jackson. She is then to set out for Piteairn and Easter Islands, two of the most isolated spots in the Pacific, and will then make for Auckland, to ship six months' provisions. Cape Horn will then be rounded, en route to New York, and from there the Atlantic will be crossed to London. The return voyage to Australia will be made via the of Good Hope, and thus the little ship will have sailed around the world. The Pandora, which is of nine tons register, will be one of the smallest vessels that has ever attempted the Cape Horn journey. Captain Slocum, in the Spray, and the schooner Coronet, which recently created much interest at Sydney both successfully negotiated the dreaded headland. The Pandora, however, will voyage round the Horn to the eastward, which is generally the best pa.ssage. Her crew consists of Captains Blythe and Arapakis.
