As was expected, this match created a lot of interest, being stubbornly contested from start to finish, both teams playing well. For the winners C. Burton and Thompson I scored, while Cathro scored for Kiatere. Mr Noonan was referee. Kla Toa (6 goals) beat Albion B (1 goal). I For flip winners Gillies 2. Mutton 2.
