SOME NORTHERN WANTS. (By Telegraph.--Own Correspondent.) WELLINGTON, this day. The Kawa Drainage Board loan, of £1500 has been provisionally approved by the State Guaranteed Advances Board. Mr. Greenslade interviewed the Hon. R. McKenzie re delay in erection of a bridge over the Waikato River at Huntly. The Minister assured him that revised plans were almost completed, and that the work would be commenced ehortly. Mr. Greenslade also urged the necessity for the erection of a traffic bridge at Ngaruawahia. Mr. McKenzie said he would at once give instructions for a report to be prepared by the Department on this proposal.
