EMIGRATION POLICIES. EFFECT OF UNQFFICAL ACTION. (Received 8.30 a.m.) LONDON, June 8. '•"Truth" comments with approval on Jlr. Taverner's statement that action by outside bodies tends to defeat the various State emigration policies. It adds that the emigration societies are thorns in the flesh of the AgentsGeneYal, and advocates the Home Government organising emigration through the Ministry for Labour.
