.' ■ . (By Telegraph.—Own Corresrjondent.)' , ' CAMBRIDGE, this day. ' There was wordy warfare in the Magistrate's Court this morning between Mr. W. F. Buck—nd. and Mr. S. Lewis (solicitors) over a case of illegally impounding, Lockett v. Hickey, which ha.d bsen before -the Court . some months. Pen-in greceipt. of judgment in the appeal on a similar case. against the Mt Wellington Road Board, Mr. Buekland taxed Mr. Lewis with having waived certain points, and- then wanting to bring them up again. Mr. l Lewis said ..they were waved on certain, conditions, which Mr. Buckland had not kept. A very stormy scene followed, both solicitors being excited. Eventually -the 'magistrate convicted Hickey, but without '"■ granting costs. :"-•,
