ADVICE TO YOUNG EGYPT.
CA15.0, March 21. Ex-President Roosevelt, who has been spending a week in Khartoum, has visited the temples of Philae and the Assouas. Dam. Speaking to a deputation of native off cers of the Egyptian army, Mr. Roosevelt warned them against combining soldiery and politics. Mr. Roosevelt arrives at Naples on April 2, and thence proceeds to Paris and Vienna, reaching Berlin on May 10. London on May 15, and America early in June.
