CONDENSED CORRESPONDENCE.
"SpTay Pump" considers that the stringent regulations compelling fruitgrowers to spray their trees are oppressive and useless. He also thinks that the destruction of fruit infected with eodlin moth is unfair in its operation, as moths may often be found in fruit that has been carefully picked. "Snyder" asks whether any correspondent can inform him if during the years 1863 or 1864 the 70th Regiment, or any portion of the said regiment, were stationed in Dunedin.
