TO-MORROW'S WOOL SALES.

There will be held at the Chamber of Commerce to-morrow the third wool sale of the season. The wool forwarded is greater in quantity than was expected, and a great deal of it is lambs' wool. The wool at present stored is mostly well-grown and of good quality, though there are a number of lots of coarser quality, bush and log-stained lots. Several lots of lambs' wool to be offered are of brands almost invariably offered on the London market, but which the good prices now ruling have induced the growers to sell locally. The Farmers' Union come first in the order of the sale, and then come Dalgety and Co., Binney and Sons, Loan and Mercantile Agency Company, and Buckland and Sons. Over a thousand bales will be offered, and spirited bidding is expected. The sale will commence at 9 a.m.
