PAEBOA, this day. In the Magistrate's Court, before P. J. Burgess, S.M., the case, Wight v. Lanfear, claiming the return of a sulky, lamps, and harness. Mr. Hanna appeared for plaintiff, and Mr. Moresby for defendant. The Magistrate made an order for the return of the Eulky, lamps, and harness, ■with costs against defendant amounting to £2 6.
