PARLIAMENT REJECTS COUNT HEDERVARY. (Received 9.25 a.m.) BUDA-PESTH, January 30. The Chamber has passed a vote of notonfidenee in Count Cabinet, and carried a resolution forbidding the payment of taxes. Count Hedervary only formed his Ministry on the 25th. He announced his intention of appealing to the country if the Chamber did not support him. A xnajority of members of the Chamber received this statement with noisy hostility, and denounced the Cabinet as Imperial lackeys.
