BIG BLAZE IN LONDON.

jOUB HUNDRED WORKPEOPLE AFFECTED. (Received 9.25 a,m.) LONDON, January 30. The premises of Messrs. Morris and Sons, tobacco manufacturers, in Highstreet. Whitechapel, were destroyed by fire. j j , . The flames spread, and a number of sdjoining houses were also destroyed. Seventr-five engines were engaged in quelling the conflagration. The damage to property runs into £100.000, and 400 workpeople are thrown Gilt of employment.
