INQUEST AT ROTORUA.

ROTORUA, this day. LAn inquest -was commenced yesterday as to the death of Reginald Lowbridge Biggs, and was concluded to-day. The jury, after a short retirement, brought in the following verdict:—"Deceased died from the results of a bullet wound, self-inflicted, on Christmas morning, while temporarily insane.
