C.C. ANT> D. REPORT. NAPIER, this day. The C.C. and D. Co. to-day cabled the following report:--"Frozen meat market: The value of the new season's mutton and lamb Is slightly firmer. The value of beef fores declined l-Bd. To-day's quotations: Mutton —Napier, Wellington, and North Island, 3Jd. Lamb—First quality, 4Jd; second, 3 7-Bd. Beef—Hinds, 3d; fores 2Jd."
