FEMALE EMIGRANTS.
AST ATTSTRAXIAN WABNTSG. (Received 5.30 a.m.) LONDON, October 22. The National Union of Women Workers Conference at Portsmouth adopted a resolution in favour of the systematic emigration of women to overseas dominions. Miss Margaret Hodge, an Australian delegate, warned the conference of the great evil of sending unsuitable emigrants. Miss Rosely, of Queenstown, read a paper upon the condition of education in the Commonwealth.
