GENERAL ADVANCE BEGUN. .|. THE FIRST CAPTURES. 8.5 a.m.) i MADRID, August 26. General Marina, who is in command if the Spanish forces, at Melilla, has jbegun his advance against the Riffs. He is concentrating his army at Restlnga, some 20 kilometres' march along the coast. , The army has captured some wells from the tribesmen, and the lines of communication 'from Melilla to Restinga are now being entrenched.
