MOORISH ATROCITIES.
PROTESTS FROM THE CONSULS. PRETENDER IN CHAINS. MOROCCO, August 26. The French Consul at Fez has strongly remonstrated with the Sultan on the atrocities he has allowed to be perpetrated. Diplomatists at Tangier are considering the advisability of a collective protest. M. Pichon (French Foreign Minister) has instructed M. Regnault, the French Minister at Morocco, to support the protest. Renter's Tangier correspondent reports that Buhamara, the Pretender, has been ; captured in a mosque in the Benimsra tribesmen's country, and is now being conducted in chains to Fez. _
