fSIMINAL LUNATICS AT LARGE OT HOTELS AND THEATRES. (Received 11.5 a.m.) ADELAIDE, this day. The Royal Commission to inquire into the management of the Parkside Lunatic Asylum found that some criminal lunatics were allowed extraordinary privileges, such as having whole days a-svay from the asylum, and attendance at theatres.
