DAVIS CUP PROPOSALS.
MELBOURNE, August 25. A meeting of the Tennis Association to-day discussed New Zealand's Davis Cup proposals. It was decided to instruct the Victorian delegates to the Australian Association to vote for the New Zealand proposals.
