(Received 8.15 a.m.)' BERLIN, June 9. The German Naval Estimates for the current year total 19J millions, of which five and a-qnarter millions are intended to meet loans already raised. FORCING THE PACE. TWO MORE BATTLESHIPS, LONDON, June 9. The "Times" states that it is reported in Berlin and Kiel that contracts have been signed for the two capital ships on the 1909 programme, which Admiral yon Tirpitz (Secretary of the Navy) assured i the Reichstag would not be placed until some months after the conditions were drawn up in the late summer.
