GYROSCOPIC MONORAIL.
PRACTICAL TESTS. (Received 8.54; a-m.) LONDON. November 10. Colonel Seely. Under-Sec-retary for the Coloniee. in reply to questions in the House of Common?, said that M. Louis' gyroscopic monnrailTvay was a most interesting: invention. He would consider the possibility of enabling members to see it at work. Until ii had been practically tested it ■was imprwciblc to say whether it was suitable for the purpose of opening up British area- in Africa.
