Licensing Bill has pa.s:-ed through Committee, after a discussion extending over three ■weeks, and has been reported, to the House, three days being allotted for the third reading debate. Petitions bearing l-i.55.900 signatures were presented against the bill, while those in favour of the new law had 1309.09S signatures attached.
