BIG RUSSIAN LOAN.
LONDON, October 16. New Zealand bills to the value of 11,000,000, and having one year's currency, are being placed in London on the basis of about 3J per cent. Tbe Chinese five million loan has been covered three times. A Russian foreign loan of 50 millions sterling (.) is expected to be issued in a few weeks.
