AUSTRIA'S FEELINGS TOWARDS SERVIA. VIENNA, October 12. Baron yon Aehrenthal (the Austrian Foreign Minister), addressing the Foreign i Affairs Committee of the Austrian dele- I gation, emphasised Austria's benevolent j feelings towards Servia, and added that j on the occasion of the prolongation of the ' Danube Convention he bad contemplated proposing that Servia and Bulgaria be admitted thereto.
