a*ix\ vI a w at. v «rxiun a uxa j. suaj BELGRADE, October 12. The meeting of the Skuptschina (National Assembly) which, by 93 votes to 06, decided against war, was a stormy one. M. Milovanovitch (Minister for Foreign Affairs) declared that one reason why hostilities were impossible was the scarcity of ammunition for the new field artillery, the ammunition having been detained in Austrian territory. The leaders of all parties criticised tho terms of the Government's Note to the Powers concerning Austria's annexation of the provinces of Bosnia and Herzegovina, on tho ground that the terms did not satisfy Servia's patriotic aspirations. M. Milovanovitch succeeded in convinc- I ing the House of the correctness of the Cabinet's attitude.
