LINE UMPIRE'S LEG BROKEN.
(Received 8.12 a.m.) LONDON, October 4. During the progress of the match between the Australians and Cornwall Mr. Flanagan, one of the touch judges, had his leg badly broken through Russell, the Australian three-quarter, when tackled being thrown heavily against him.
