SUREST GUARANTEE OF PEACE. SPEECH BY MR. McKENNA. (Beceived 8.8 a.m.) LONDON, October 2. Mr. Reginald McKenna, First Lord of the Admiralty, in a speech at Pontypool, Wales, said that the supremacy of the British fleet was the surest guarantee of European peace.
