BULGARIA'S SEIZURE.
OF THE ORIENT RAILWAY. LONDON, September 29. Sir Edward Grey (Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs) has informed tlie Bulgarian authorities that the British Government regards the continued occupation of the Orient Company's railway as unjustifiable. , UNABLE TO WITHDRAW. ARBITRATION SUGGESTED. (Received 8.35 a.m.) LONDON, September 29. Germany, Austria, and Hungary have protested against Bulgaria's occupation of the Orient railway, and have demanded restoration. The Bulgarian Government states that it is unable to withdraw, but reiterates it 3 willingness to safeguard the company. It is understood that Turkey is willing to submit the railway question to the arbitration of The Hague tribunal.
