I Gosling, for failure to pay wages under rhe butchers' award, three breaches. was fined £5 and costs for the three offences, while the employee, for aei cepting less wages than tbe award al--1 lowed, had a breach recorded again=t j him. G. Townsend, for five breaches of the Butchers' award, in not paying I proper wages, was fined £ 10, and costs 'to cover the five breaches. Four eraI ployees were each fined £ 1 for accepting i lower than the award wages. Tbe Horo- | whenua Meat Co., for declining to pay j the award wage, was fined £5, and rei spondent was ordered to pay Court costs. .J. Follett. for a breach of the bakers' i award for omitting to pay proper wages. . was fined £1. and ordered to pay Court i costs, while the employee had a breach recorded against him. J. Hunter, for failing to indenture an apprentice under the painters' award, was fined £5 and costs. C.
