NORTH SHORE YACHT CLUB. The North Shore Yacht Club held their thirteenth annual meeting at the Foresters' Hall last night. The Commodore (Mr W. A. Wilkinson) presided over a large attendance. The report congratulated the members rm the termination of the most successful season ever enjoyed by the club. The membership, which has shown a eteadv and healthy increase, now stands at 240* financial members, as against 147 at the season 1006-7. The hon. treasurer's receipts also show a considerable increase, and a much larger expenditure, the amount paid in prize money alone being £48 7/6. One feature of the crushing races was the innovation of dividing these races into four classes. That this has been appreciated by the various i owners the entries undoubtedly prove, there being no less than 233 entries' for all races during the season. The annual picnic was ; held at Kohimarama. the day being perfect. Tbe committee thank Mr A.
