CORPORATION NOTICES. /NITY 6~F AUCKLAND. "THE LOCAL BODIES' LOANS ACT, 1001," AND THE AMENDMENTS THEREOF. PROPOSED LOAN FOR THE PURPOSE OF FURTHER LAYING OUT AND IMPROVING ALBERT PARK, VICTORIA PARK, WESTERN PARK, BAYFIELD PARK, AND THE AUCKLAND DOMAIN. T*HE MAYOR. COUNCILLORS. AND CITIZENS OF THE CITY OF AUCKLAND HEREBY GIVES NOTICE— 1. That the Auckland City Council proposes to engage in the following undertaking, namely, the further laying out and improving of Albert Park, Victoria Park. Western Park, Bayfield Park, and the Auckland Domain. 2. That the Auckland City Council, being unable to provide the necessary fund" for such work out of the ordinary revenue of the City of Auckland, proposes to borrow a sum not exceeding £3000, at a rate of interest not exceeding £41 per cent per annum. 8. That the proposed security for the repayment of such loan shall be the revenues of the City of Auckland, subject to the existing loans chargeable on such revenues. 4. That the Auckland City Council proposes to make such loan repayable In 21 years, and proposes to makp provision for the repayment of a sinking fund of not less than 10/ per cent per annum. 5. That the Auckland City Council proposes to pay out of the loan snch costs, charges, and expenses as the Auckland City Council may determine to have been actually incurred in connection with such loan, and the interest thereon for the first year. That the Auckland City Council proposes to engage in the following undertaking, namely, the erection of a New Morgue in the City of Auckland, under the provisions of "The Public Health Amendment Act, 1904," ana to provide for the Auckland City Council's proportion of the cost thereof. 2. That the Auckland City Council, being nuable to provide the necessary funds for Its proportion of 6uch cost out or the ordinary revenues of the City of Auckland, proposes to borrow a sum Not exceeding £1000, at a rate on interest not exceeding £4i per cent per annum. 3.
