That the Auckland City Council proposes to engage in the following undertaking, namely, the permanent formation and improvement of the following Streets in the City of Auckland, namely.-- Victoria Quadrant, Bowea Avenue, Eden-street, Parlia-ment-street, Waterloo Quadrant, Lowpr Symonds-street, Emily Place, Jcrniyn-street, Eden Crescent, Shortstreet. Oliphant-street, John-street, James-street, Richmond Road, Hep-burn-street, Grey-street, Hamilton Road, Laurence-street, Wood-street, Gordon Terrace, Burlelgh-street, Khbyer Pass, Brook Square. Dedwood street. That the Auckland City Council, being unable to provide the necessary funds for such works out of the ordinary revenues of the City of Auckland, proposes to borrow a sum not exceeding £32.000 at a rate of interest not exceeding £4* per cent per annum. S. That the proposed security for the repayment of such loan shall be the revenues of the City of Auckland, subject to the existing loans chargeable on such revenues. 4. That the Auckland City Council proposes to make such loan repayable in 21 years, and proposes to make provision for the payment of a sinking fund of £i per cent per annum. 5.
