A MILLION DEATHS. OUTBREAK IN THE AZORES. CALCUTTA, July 16. There were 1,204,194 deaths from plague in India during 1907. LISBON, July 16. It is officially reported in Lisbon that four deaths from bubonic plague have occurred at Terceira (one of the Azores Islands), nine cases being under treatment. ,
