F.W.N.—Purely personal disputes cannot be ventilated by means of newspaper correspondence. A.P.T.—The matter is not of sufficient public interest to justify Press correspondence. Recluse.—All the colonies have passed reciprocal tariffs giving preference to British goods, but have, so far, been unable to obtain any special advantage in exchange.
