WOMAN CUT TO PIECES.
SYDNEY, July 7. The mangled body of a woman was found on the railway line near the; Newtown railway station. Op. the previous niglit, when thfe express train for Melbourne reached Picton, bloodstains were found otf the forepart of the engine; The police were informed, and an inspection of the line made. Near the Newtown bridge yesterday - morning a porter found tho battered body of a woman. The wheels of the train had mutilated the'body beyond recognition.
