LABOUR PARTIES.
INDEPENDENTS UNRELIABLE. LONDON, July 13. Mr. Joseph A. Pease (Liberal member for the Saffron Walden division of Essex), speaking at the Eighty Club, contrasted the useful assistance given to the Government by the trades union section of the Labour party, with the spasmodic help of the other section, upon which the Government was unable to feel assured it could rely, although many of them had been returned by Liberal votes.
