A SYDNEY SENSATION.
INSURANCE MANAGER ARRESTED. AN INTERRUPTED CRUISE. (Received 11.2 a.m.) SYDNEY, this day. William Stanley Forbes, Sydney manager of the Scottish Union National Insurance Company, has been arrested on a charge of stealing valuable security. Forbes recently purchased a schooner which was found, provisioned, and ready to proceed on a cruse to the South Seas. A deficiency of ibout £1000 has been discovered in the books of the company.
